RMA Shipping Address

  • Do not call the warehouse directly. Please contact us if you have any questions about your RMA.
  • Our warehouses do not accept walk-ins.
  • Use a traceable carrier for your shipment
  • All packages must contain a valid WD RMA number. WD will not accept or process packages without a valid RMA number.
  • Make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your package.
  • For international shipments, make sure the correct Country of Origin (COO) is reflected on your shipping document before arranging your RMA returns to WD. This is a Customs Compliance requirement. The COO can be found on the drive label.
