How to install WD Sync on Mac

WD Sync provides users with file and data synchronization using a My Cloud storage device. For assistance installing WD Sycn, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the WD Sync Download Site and download the software. Once finished, run the software

  2. The Welcome screen will appear. After reading the EULA, check the I have read and agree to the EULA and WD's Privacy Policy checkbox, and click on Install

  3. WD Sync will start the installation process. This may take a few minutes.

  4. Once installed, the WD Sync will detect the My Cloud storage devices in the local network, as well as provide an option to Sign in with a My Cloud remote access account. The software is now ready to be used.
