  • Business hours technical support for the duration of the plan

Warranty options
Standard warranty The Limited warranty (2 years in EMEA region, 1 year everywhere else) covers the enclosure, drives shipped at purchase and the power adapter. Included

WD Guardian Extended Care

Extends the warranty for three additional years beyond the standard warranty for the Region.

  • Must be purchased and activated while your WD Sentinel product is still within the standard limited warranty period based on Region.
  • WD Guardian Extended Care cannot be renewed for the same
    WD Sentinel product
