Description
This update is intended to resolve compatibility issues with Retrospect 6.0 Express and the Macintosh 10.4 (Tiger) Operating System.

Instructions
  1. Download the Dantz Retrospect Tiger patch to your desktop using Safari.
  2. Open the downloaded image file by double clicking on the file WD_Express_Tiger_Fix.dmg.
  3. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation of the patch.
  4. Launch Retrospect Express normally.
  5. During an Immediate or Scheduled operation, change the selecting button from All Files to All Files Except Cache Files.
Please Note: If you have existing scheduled backups, these scheduled events will be deleted along with the Retrospect Preferences. No existing backup data will be lost by running this utility.
