Description
My Passport Wireless cannot be detected by another device when connected via USB port to that device.
My Passport Wireless is pre-formatted as exFAT file system.
Resolution
Using a computer with a USB connector, reformat the My Passport Wireless to a format that the device can recognize, such as NTFS, HFS+, or FAT32.
