Description
My Passport Wireless does not charge battery while in use.
Although the current battery level will be maintained by plugging the Passport Wireless into a USB power source, due to the amount of heat generated during charging and normal use, the battery will not charge any further while the unit is also being used.
Resolution
Turn the unit off or discontinue all use of the device. The battery will charge as long as the internal Passport Wireless is not being used and is connected to a USB port or the included charger.
