My Passport Wireless mobile app for iOS and Android is now in the Limited Updates phase. During this phase, bug fixes, updates for new features, and OS compatibility patches may stop, but Western Digital will continue to provide security updates for the app to address critical issues.

Description


Files stored on an SD Card connected to a My Passport Wireless device cannot be accessed while using the mobile app.
Viewing SD Card contect is not supported in the My Cloud mobile app when connected to a My Passport Wireless device.

Resolution


Copy or move the contents of the SD card directly to the My Passport Wireless drive.
