- Error: Cannot access NAS Drives, \Share\Folder is not accessible
- Error Code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found

Computer Security Software
Temporarily turn off all computer Firewalls, Malware, Anti-Virus, Internet Security and End Point Protection software. This could block the discovery of the My Cloud on the network.

Guest access in SMB2 is turned off by default in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update version 1709 and higher.

Change the protocol to SMB2, SMB3 on the My Cloud. (default=SMB2)
- Access the Dashboard.
