Setting up a My Passport Wireless using My Cloud mobile app for iOS results in the following error message:
The file you are looking for is no longer available.
MyPassport is not accessible.
Local documents are available.
There is a communication issue when on-boarding a My Passport Wireless using the My Cloud mobile app for iOS, version 4.4.1 and earlier.
Resolution
My Cloud Mobile app 4.4.2 corrects this communication issue. To ensure that this issue does not occur again, please update the My Cloud mobile app to version 4.4.2 or higher. The firmware of the My Passport Wireless should also be upated to version 1.05.01 or higher.
