How to Access the Dashboard on a Mirrored My Cloud OS 3

The Dashboard on a My Cloud Mirror device allows a user to access the device's internal settings, options, and features.

If this is the first time using the device or the device has recently been restored, please follow the instructions in Answer ID 27433: How to Setup the My Cloud OS 3 Dashboard.

  1. Using a computer that is connected to the same network as the My Cloud Mirror device, launch a web browser
  2. Enter either the name (or IP Address) of the My Cloud Mirror device into the URL field of the web browser. For example:
  3. The Dashboard Login screen will be displayed
    • Enter the Username (default = ‘admin’)
    • Enter the Password (No password by default)
    • If the device was set up using mycloud.com/setup, please enter the device Username and Password created during the setup process. If this information is not available, the device needs to be reset in order to log in to the Dashboard.

  4. The My Cloud Mirror device Dashboard will be displayed

IMPORTANT: If the Dashboard is not accessible and the device has already been reset, there are a few additional steps to try:
  1. Unplug the network router's power cord and wait 30 seconds. Reconnect power to the router and wait for it to restart
  2. Power Cycle the My Cloud Mirror device
  3. Ensure the Power LED on the My Cloud Mirror device is solid blue indicating it is ready to use
  4. If still unable to access the device, please Contact Us for additional troubleshooting
