Configuring the Router (If UPnP is not supported or Double NAT)
For assistance with UPnP please contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or router manufacturer. If the router does not support UPnP please contact your ISP or router manufacturer to configure manual port forwarding on the router. Alternatively, you can goto https://portforward.com and select your router's brand and model number to get instructionson how to configure port forwarding on your router.
Double NAT is when you have multiple routers in your setup. Example My Cloud is connectedto Router 1 and Router 1 is connected to Router2.
In this case – the port forwarding rules need to be setup on both router1 and router2.
