Dropbox
- The Dropbox backup and restore feature in WD Smartware 2.4.16 and below will cease to function on 08/29/2017
- Backup and Restore to Dropbox using WD Smartware Pro will not be possible

WD Smartware Pro
- WD Smartware can no longer be upgraded to WD Smartware Pro

- The auto update feature has been disabled in existing installations of WD Smartware, and WD Smartware Pro
- The Dropbox Icon and feature has been removed in WD Smartware 2.4.20.48 and higher
- Get the latest release without Dropbox from WD Support Downloads
