My Passport Wireless mobile app for iOS and Android is now in the Limited Updates phase. During this phase, bug fixes, updates for new features, and OS compatibility patches may stop, but Western Digital will continue to provide security updates for the app to address critical issues.

Description
GoPro camera's may not be immediately detected or does not auto import when connected to the USB 2.0 port.
USB transfer speeds using a GoPro camera connected to My Passport Wireless Pro are slower that most USB connected devices.
GoPro cameras may take up to 5 minutes before they are mounted and seen by My Passport Wireless Pro when connected to the USB 2.0 port

After connecting the camera to My Passport Wireless Pro, wait until the dashboard or the My Cloud mobile app can see the camera as mounted, the capacity of the camera is displayed or via event notification. An alternate solution is to insert the GoPro microSD Card into an SD Card Adapter and use the SD Card import option of My Passport Wireless Proto import content.
