My Passport Wireless mobile app for iOS and Android is now in the Limited Updates phase. During this phase, bug fixes, updates for new features, and OS compatibility patches may stop, but Western Digital will continue to provide security updates for the app to address critical issues.

Description
Auto Import does not backup all paritions of a multi partitioned USB drive formatted as HSF+.
Partitions of an HSF+ formatted USB drive are not mounted to My Passport Wireless Pro device although the partions are viewable in the My Cloud mobile app or the My Passport Wireless Pro dashboard.
Multi partitioned HSF+ formatted USB drives are Not Supported by My Passport Wireless Pro.
Resolution
If a muti partitioned USB drive is required, please use NTFS.
