My Cloud Home: Videos Do Not Play in Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge



Description


Video content does not play when using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) and Edge browsers.



Some container CODECS are Not Supported by the My Cloud Home media player when using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) and Edge.
Please reference the table below for the list of Supported and Not Supported CODECS.

Resolution


  1. Use an alternate web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
