How to Collect My Cloud System Logs


IMPORTANT:

  1. Duplicate the issue on the My Cloud.

  2. Take a screenshot of the error code and message using Windows or macOS screen capture tools.

  3. Log into the Dashboard.

  4. Click the Question mark.

  5. Click Support.

  6. Click Create and Save.

  7. Contact Support and attach the system logs to the case.
