My Passport Wireless mobile app for iOS and Android is now in the Limited Updates phase. During this phase, bug fixes, updates for new features, and OS compatibility patches may stop, but Western Digital will continue to provide security updates for the app to address critical issues.

Description


Mobile app for iOS and Android does not play media content.


Content that does not playback using MyCloud.com or the My Cloud mobile app on iOS and Android are not supported.


Resolution


An alternate Media Player can be used in lieu of the mobile app for iOS and Android when experiecning issues with media playback and content viewing.
