- These steps do not work for My Cloud with firmware 04.xx-xxxx.

- Enable SSH (Secure Shell).
Login to My Cloud.

- Copy and Paste this command in the SSH screen.
Press the enter key on the keyboard.
/usr/sbin/zip_system_log.sh systemlogs
- Copy and Paste this command.
Press the enter key.
cp /tmp/systemlogs.zip /shares/Public/ Ignore any error messages from the console when running the zip_system_log.sh command.
Logs in /tmp will be deleted after the next system reboot.
- Open the Public Share in Windows Explorer or macOS Finder to get the systemlogs.zip file.
- Open a case at the Support Portal and attach the logs.
