Steps to Resolve Media Not Found Plex Error Message on My Cloud



Description


Media Not Found when viewing a Plex Library.
This happens when:

  • Plex Library is not setup right.
  • Plex database is corrupted.




Resolution


Check Plex Library Path

  1. Access Plex on the My Cloud.

  2. Click Libraries.


  3. Click Edit Library.


  4. Click Add folders.
    Verify the folder path with content.



Corrupted Plex Database

Reset Plex database.
