My Cloud External USB Drive Supported File Systems

USB drive file systems that work with My Cloud product models.

exFAT needs firmware version 2.21.111 and higher. exFAT with EFI System Partitions are not supported. It will result in the Unable to mount USB device message. Need more help? Answer ID 18918: External USB Drive Will Not Mount, Not Seen or Detected by a My Cloud
