My Cloud Home: Collect Mobile App Logs on iOS & Android


Read the Western Digital Privacy Policy


Send Logs in the app creates a text file.
It is attached to an email that is sent to Western Digital Technical support.

  1. Download the app.
     
  2. Sign in.

  3. Tap the 3-line menu in the upper left.

  4. Tap Settings.

  5. Scroll down.
    Tap About.

  6. Tap Send app logs.
    Wait for the my-cloud-logs.txt file to appear.

  7. Add wdsupport@wdc.com email address in the To: field.
    Add the support case number in the Subject: field.
    Tap send.
  8. Log file will be attached to the email client on the mobile phone.
