Send Logs in the app creates a text file.
It is attached to an email that is sent to Western Digital Technical support.
- Download the app.
- Sign in.
- Tap the 3-line menu in the upper left.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down.
Tap About. - Tap Send app logs.
Wait for the my-cloud-logs.txt file to appear. - Add wdsupport@wdc.com email address in the To: field.
Add the support case number in the Subject: field.
Tap send.
Log file will be attached to the email client on the mobile phone. |
