My Cloud: Cannot Connect to the Device Behind Two Network Routers



Description


Attempting to access a My Cloud in a Double NAT environment fails when attempting to manually configure port forward on the My Cloud and or the routers. A My Cloud in a Double NAT configuration will automatically default to Proxy Relay mode connection.
Manual port forwarding in a double NAT environment is not required for My Cloud remote access.


Manual port forward configurations on the My Cloud and or the routers may not be correctly configured.
