Thermal Shut Down Message on My Cloud Home



Description


My Cloud Home has been shut down because it was too hot.
This happens when it is outside of the temperature range.


Resolution


STOP Critical:

  • Do not block the air vents.

  • Move it to a well-ventilated area.

  • Make sure to use it within it's operating temperature range.

Temperature Ranges

 
Operating Temperature 5° C to 35° C ( 41° F to 95° F)
Non-op Temperature -20° C to 65° C (-4° F to 149° F)
