Description
The Safepoint Recovery of a My Cloud (single bay) fails with the following errror message.
"This Safepoint operation is not permitted (402018)"
The Safepoint recovery of a My Cloud is not permitted unless the unit has been restored to factory defaults.
Resolution
- Restore the My Cloud to factory defaults using the "Quick Restore" option
