Description


Google Photo doesn't import all newly added video content or takes a very long time to import after the initial sync.


The Import of newly added video content is contolled and limited by the Google Drive

  • Newly added video content can take anywere between 24 - 72 hours to sync down
  • Some video content may not sync down at all

Resolution


If waiting for the newly added video content to sync down to the My Cloud Home is not an option, the video content can be downloaded to the local computer and moved to the My Cloud Home using the Web or Desktop App mounted drive.
