My Cloud Home: Mobile and Web App Incorrect Date

Description

Video or Image content taken Yesterday appear in the My Cloud Home mobile app as Today.

The created_time metadata is not extracted from the image or video content.
The date in the My Cloud Home app reflects the date and time media content was added (created) on the My Cloud Home device..

Resolution

1. Sign In to the My Cloud web app.


2. Click "Photos".


3. Click the photo or video.


4. Click "More".







5. Click "Info".
