Description

My Book Duo LED and Fan will remain on after the computer has been turned off or shutdown.
The LED and Fan will remain on when the unit is in standby mode.

Resolution

Power off the My Book Duo.

1. Power off or shutdown the computer.
   
   

   My Book Duo is now in standby mode. The LED and Fan will be on.



2. Press the power button on the My Book Duo for 4 seconds.
   This will to power off the drive.
