My Cloud Home: Cannot See Content Added Public Share in the Web, Mobile

Local Area Network Shares

Public and TimeMachineBackup are Local Area Network (LAN) shares and are not accessible in the My Cloud Home web or mobile.

The TimeMachineBackup and Public local shares and are not accessible from the My Cloud Home web and mobile.

TimeMachineBackup and Public are Local Area Network (LAN) accessible shares.
Local shares are not accessible using the Web or Mobile app.
Only Account User shares are seen in the Web and Mobile app.

IMPORTANT:

The My Cloud Home Public Share is designed and implemented for Windows File Backup. It is not designed for local LAN storage access. Although is can be accessed on Windows and macOS, it was not designed to be used as local LAN storage. Please use WD Discovery and the User Private Space for your My Cloud Home content storage needs.
