Setup of a My Cloud Home results in "Device Owner Account Approval" message.

The message can occur during the setup and configuration of a newly purchased My Cloud Home due to the following reasons.

  • Typographical Error when entering the 9 Digit Activation Code
  • Unit requires a System Erase back to factory default
