My Passport Wireless mobile app for iOS and Android is now in the Limited Updates phase. During this phase, bug fixes, updates for new features, and OS compatibility patches may stop, but Western Digital will continue to provide security updates for the app to address critical issues.

Description
Video or large size image files from USB connected camera do not backup.
Some camera models use the Picture Transfer Protocol (PTP) for the USB connection which does not support video and large image size transfer.
My Passport Wireless Pro and SSD support image file transfer with individual file size up to 256MB.
Resolution
Remove the SD card from the camera and backup the content directly via the SD card slot on the My Passport Wireless Pro or SSD.
