Western Digital drives need the SES (SCSI Enclosure Services).
The SES Driver helps the OS talk to the drive
My Cloud Home does not use the SES Driver.
It will not be seen in Windows Storage or Hardware.
Resolution
Private User Space can be accessed in the web and mobile app.
Local Network Access can be turned on. (default=Off)
