Steps To Save Content On Mobile Phone for My Cloud OS 5, My Cloud Home and ibi

Photos and video content can be saved to a mobile phone.

1. Download the mobile app.
   
   
   • My Cloud OS 5:
     My Cloud OS 5 for iOS
     My Cloud OS 5 for Android
   
   
   • My Cloud Home:
     My Cloud Home for iOS
     My Cloud Home for Android
   
   
   • ibi:
     ibi for iOS
     ibi for Android


2. Sign into the mobile app.


3. Tap the Photos icon.


4. Tap a photo or video.


5. Tap Save to Mobile Device on Android.
   Tap Save to Camera Roll on iOS.

• .pdf, .mp3, and .doc file types are not supported.
• Saving content to a location other than the Camera Roll or Photo Gallery on Android is not supported.
• File names may change when saved to the mobile phone.
