My Cloud Home: Cannot Play MP3 Files on Mobile App

Description

Cannot listen or play mp3 audio files using the My Cloud Home mobile app.

The My Cloud Home mobile app supports an embedded mp3 player and is able to play mp3 audio files directly from the mobile app.
Also, Plex, Amazon Alexa, Sonos, Cloud Beats and Evermusic can be used to play music stored on a My Cloud Home.
