Description

Unpopulated drive bays on an EX4100 can display drive failure alert messages.

The EX4100 drive bays are not fully populated.

Resolution

1. Populate the Drive Bays with compatible drives
   For a list of compatible drives, please refer to Hard Drive Compatibility List for My Cloud EX4100
2. Disregard the false alert messages and notifications
