Click Login with or without a password shows no response, action or error message.

This can be caused by:

  • VPN
  • Anti-Virus
  • Firewall
  • Network or Internet Security software


Resolution


VPN

  1. Disconnect from the VPN.
  2. Reboot the computer.
  3. Make sure it is connected to the local network.
  4. Try the login again.

Security Software and Firewall

  1. Temporarily turn off any software that may be on the computer or network.
  2. Try the login again.
