Description
My Cloud Home LED will go through the following states instead of being 100% illuminated when it is powered on or rebooted:
Power On LED States
- STATE #1: Solid white at power on.
- STATE #2: DIM slightly for a few seconds.
- STATE #3: Slow breathing (blinking).
- STATE #4: Fast breathing (blinking).
- STATE #5: Solid white and ready to be used.
Resolution
IMPORTANT:
A solid white LED after power on means it did not go through the correct boot up process.
- Power OFF and ON the My Cloud Home a few times.
This may help fit it. - Get the debug logs using the IP address.
Send the logs to WD to WD Technical Support.
