Follow the steps below to disable Remote Access to a My Book Live or Duo.
- Access the Dashboard of the My Book Live of Duo using a web browser.
Click Settings - Select the Remote Access tab.
Click the Check Box next to "Remote Access". - Click OK to disable remote access and wait for the dashboard to return.
- Verify Remote Access "Connection Status" is Disabled.
