IMPORTANT:
Mulitple account logins at the same time are not supported.
First Account
- Sign in to https://mycloud.com.
- Click SIGN INTO MY CLOUD HOME.
- Click Sign In.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required when accessing from a new
device for the first time or when required.
If not prompted for the (2FA) code, continue to Step 8. - Check the inbox of the email account used to access the device for the
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code from Western Digital.
The email will come from noreply@accounts.westerndigital.com.
Please check the Junk and Spam folders if the code is not found in the inbox. - Copy the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code.
- Enter the Two-Factor Authorization (2FA) verification code provided
in the email message into the box named: Enter the code.
Click Continue. - Click Do More.
- Turn On Google Photos, Dropbox or Google Drive.
- Sign into the Social Media or Cloud service.
Validate login.
Click Continue.
Second Account
- Turn Off Google Photos, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
- Click Disable.
- Turn On Google Photos, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
- Sign into the Social Media or Cloud service.
Validate login.
Click Continue.
