My Passport Wireless mobile app for iOS and Android is now in the Limited Updates phase. During this phase, bug fixes, updates for new features, and OS compatibility patches may stop, but Western Digital will continue to provide security updates for the app to address critical issues.

Description
Data is displayed in the Other category on the Home Page of the My Passport Wireless Dashboard.
Files in the Other Category are created by the device Operating System. These files consist of operating system files, log files and media file indexing. If Plex or Twonky are enabled, then media indexing files are created.
Also, indexing files are generated by SD Card Transfers and USB Imports.
Resolution
The data showing in the Other category on the My Passport Wireless device is normal and may vary.
