Description
USB flash drives and external USB drives that have password security enabled and are attached the USB port of a My Book Live Duo are unable to be unlocked and/or accessed.
The My Book Live Duo does not have the ability to unlock a drive that includes a password.
Resolution
The password on the USB drive must be disabled before it can be used with a My Book Live Duo.
