Description


Safepoint backups stored on a PC with ESET Antivirus software installed cannot be recovered. An unknown error message may also be displayed during the Safepoint recovery process.
ESET Antivirus prevents Safepoint backups from being restored.

Resolution


Uninstall ESET antivirus software and run Safepoint recovery.
