Steps to Access the Dashboard on My Passport Wireless

My Passport Wireless mobile app for iOS and Android is now in the Limited Updates phase. During this phase, bug fixes, updates for new features, and OS compatibility patches may stop, but Western Digital will continue to provide security updates for the app to address critical issues.

  1. Turn on My Passport Wireless.
    The drive is ready for use hhen the Wi-Fi LED is solid blue.

  2. Open the wireless preferences on a computer.

  3. Connect to MyPassport wireless signal.
    Connect to MyPassport (5 GHz) or MyPassport (2.4 GHz) on My Passport Wireless Pro and SSD.

    Find and select the device's name if it has been changed.


  4. Open a web browser.
    Enter the address into the URL field.
