WD Software will not install, update, start or uninstall on a Windows PC.


Windows may be preventing WD Software from functioning properly.


Windows Install - Uninstall Tool

The Fix It Tool repairs issues including corrupted registry keys that may cause problems when installing, updating and removing software.

The File Checker scans for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Wise Uninstaller

A third party utility may be used to uninstall WD Software in the event that Windows is unable to uninstall it. Please see Wise uninstaller
