Product update for My Cloud EX4

IMPORTANT:
Make sure you stop all processes and save all your data before performing the firmware update.

Updating from firmware 1.02.xx:
  • This firmware update requires the user to unplug the power supply, wait for 5 seconds to re-plug, and power up My Cloud EX4.
  • Effective with this firmware update, the Network File System (NFS) feature will not be available or supported.

WD Cloud EX4でファームウェアを手動でアップデートする

重要:ファームウェアのアップデートを実行する前に、必ずすべてのプロセスを終了しすべてのデータを保存してください。

注意：WD Cloudデバイスには、ベイに格納されたハードディスクドライブが必要です。また、ファームウェアのアップデートを実行するためのボリュームを作成する必要があります。
ファームウェアのアップグレードのプロセスを中断しないで下さい。中断するとデバイスが故障したり、起動できなくなる可能性があります。
手動でアップデートを行う際は、ファームウェアのファイル名を変更しないでください。ファームウェアのファイル名を変更すると、アップデートが失敗しシステムが破損する恐れがあります。

WD Cloud EX4でファームウェアをアップデートする
  1. ファームウェアをデスクトップにダウンロードします。
  2. ファイルを解凍すると、My_Cloud_LT4A_2.xx.xx.binという形式で実際のファームウェアが展開します。
  3. このファイルをデスクトップに保存します。
  4. WD Cloud EX4ダッシュボードUIを開きます。
  5. ［設定］ >> ［ファームウェアアップデート］の順に移動します。
  6. ［手動アップデート］セクションで［ファイルからアップデート］ボタンをクリックしてウィンドウを開きます。
  7. My_Cloud_LT4A_2.xx.xx.binファイルが保存された場所に移動し、ファイルを選択します。
  8. ファームウェアがアップデートされたことを知らせるポップアップが表示されたら、［OK］をクリックします。
