Die Firmware Ihrer My Cloud Mirror manuell aktualisieren

Wichtig: Vor der Firmware-Aktualisierung müssen sämtliche Prozesse angehalten und sämtliche Daten gespeichert werden.

Hinweis: Damit bei My Cloud-Geräten eine Firmware-Aktualisierung durchgeführt werden kann, muss zunächst ein Laufwerk in den Schacht eingesetzt und ein Volume erstellt werden.
Unterbrechen Sie den Firmware-Aktualisierungsvorgang nicht. Dadurch könnte das Gerät beschädigt werden oder nicht mehr starten.
Bei einer manuellen Aktualisierung darf die Firmware-Datei nicht umbenannt werden. Dadurch könnte die Aktualisierung fehlschlagen und das System beschädigt werden.

Die Firmware Ihrer My Cloud Mirror aktualisieren
  1. Laden Sie die Firmware auf Ihre Arbeitsoberfläche herunter.
  2. Entpacken Sie die Datei. Die Firmware-Datei liegt in dem folgenden Format vor: My_Cloud_BZVM_2.xx.xx.bin
  3. Speichern Sie diese Datei auf Ihrer Arbeitsoberfläche.
  4. Öffnen Sie das My Cloud Mirror-Dashboard.
  5. Gehen Sie zu „Einstellungen“ >> „Firmware-Aktualisierung“.
  6. Klicken Sie im Abschnitt „Manuelles Update“ auf die Schaltfläche „Update aus Datei“. Ein neues Fenster wird geöffnet.
  7. Suchen Sie nach der gespeicherten Datei My_Cloud_BZVM_2.xx.xx.bin, und wählen Sie diese aus.
  8. Sie werden zur Bestätigung der Firmware-Aktualisierung aufgefordert. Klicken Sie auf OK.
